What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Assistant
As a warehouse assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:
- Voice Picking: Use voice-guided systems to pick orders accurately.
- Moving Goods: Operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to transport pallets (full training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Please note: This role involves handling crates and barrels of alcohol, so it requires physical strength and stamina. Be prepared for a hands-on, active job!
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed in this warehouse job, you should have:
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Location or Transport: You must live locally in Eastwood or have your own vehicle to commute to NG16 3SB.
